This innovative production brings to life three short comedies by the legendary Russian playwright <strong>Anton Chekhov<\/strong> \u2013 <em>The Bear<\/em>, <em>The Proposal<\/em>, and <em>The Sneeze<\/em> \u2013 translated and performed with a unique Palestinian perspective.<\/p>\n<p>Directed and scenically designed by <strong>Amir Nizar Zuabi<\/strong>, with costumes by <strong>Ashraf Hanna<\/strong>, the production features the remarkable talents of <strong>Ali Suleiman, Ruba Blal, and Amer Hlehel<\/strong>, performed under the dynamic ensemble <strong>ShiberHur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A cornerstone of Palestinian cultural resilience, <strong>The Freedom Theatre<\/strong> has long been a beacon of artistic resistance, cultivating generations of performers and creating theatre that speaks to both local communities in the occupied territories and audiences around the world.
