The first play he directed was\u00a0<i>The Journey,<\/i>\u00a0depicting the\u00a0experiences of a group of young people longing to travel to the sea. He continued to\u00a0stage plays, teach at The Freedom Theatre School and develop the pedagogy of the school with Juliano Mer Khamis and Micaela Miranda.
