The army claimed that necessary permission from the nearby Israeli colony of Ro&#8217;i had not been granted. The issue was eventually resolved and the event could take place as planned.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A joint initiative between the Freedom Theatre, Thirsting for Water Justice and Juzoor, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/events\/429492253776932\/\">Ride for Water Justice<\/a> brings together Palestinian and international activists, students, journalists, artists and the wider public to discuss water apartheid and the broader struggle for freedom and justice in occupied Palestine through Playback Theatre performances, community discussions and guided tours.<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8230;.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a style=\"text-align: justify;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/thefreedombus\" data-hovercard=\"\/ajax\/hovercard\/page.php?id=259254694123244\">The Freedom Bus<\/a><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0uses Playback Theatre for community building, trauma response and cultural activism. In a Playback event, audience members share thoughts, feelings, memories and autobiographical accounts, and watch as a team of actors and musicians transform these experiences into improvised theatre pieces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Playback Theatre responds to the fundamental human need to share one\u2019s story and have it\u00a0heard, acknowledged and honored.
