A young Palestinian dreams of traveling to the sea but is repeatedly held up by the Israeli road blocks. As part of Festiwalla, a youth theatre group from The Freedom Theatre will perform “Stolen Dreams” – both a play about unfulfillable dreams in Palestine and a homage to Juliano Mer-Khamis, the founder of The Freedom Theatre, who was murdered in 2011.
The play will be performed in Arabic with German subtitles.
